Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for aJunior Property Manager role in a London-based dynamic and rapidly expanding agency that provides a comprehensive suite of services for investors, encompassing Lettings, Property Management, Sales, Furniture, Maintenance, Renovation, etc. They areseeking a motivated and diligent individual to join their expanding team,located at their Central London office.

Job Requirements:

  • Having some background in office settings and showcasing outstanding customer service abilities is desirable.
  • Essential qualifications include a professional demeanor, strong communication skills, and the capability to take initiative.
  • Proficiency in professional English and Mandarin, along with robust customer service and administrative competencies, is required for this role.
  • Having experience in a real estate agency would be preferable, not mandatory.

Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Serving as the primary contact for landlords and tenants across a portfolio of London properties.
  • Managing and processing insurance claims as needed, coordinating with loss adjusters, and arranging necessary estimates for successful claims resolution.
  • Conducting property inspections within the portfolio, providing detailed reports to landlords, and addressing any identified issues.
  • Ensuring prompt processing of service charge and ground rent invoices upon receipt, and allocating funds as required.
  • Handling contractual paperwork related to tenancies.
  • Pursuing rent arrears and serving legal notices when necessary.
  • Managing and administering tenants\’ deposits, including negotiation and processing of deposit releases at the end of tenancies, assessing potential deductions, and mediating between landlords and tenants.
