Responsibilities:

  • Running food from the kitchen to the tables, providing an explanation of the dishes upon delivery.
  • Preparing mis en place for the Rosebery operation.
  • Communicating guest requests in a timely manner and to relevant colleagues.
  • Demonstrating strong menu knowledge when required.
  • Ensuring work stations are kept clean and tidy at all times.

As a Waiter, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning and evening (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.

To be a successful Waiter candidate, you will have a good level of English, previous experience in a customer service setting (restaurant experience is ideal, but not essential) and a friendly, conscientious attitude.
