Senior Waiter, Food & Beverage
Mandarin Oriental Mayfair brings an exceptional world of luxury service to the heart of London. The Senior Waiter will join a vibrant and dynamic Food & Beverage team, embodying integrity, respect and a growth mindset.
Shift Pattern
(40 hours, 5 days per week)
Responsibilities
- Excellent knowledge of all food and beverage items served.
- Communicating effectively with kitchen and all F&B team.
- Meeting, greeting and seating guests in a professional and efficient manner.
- Presenting the menus and venue concept and take food and beverage orders.
- Coordinating all aspects of the service of food and beverages together with the Manager efficiently and accurately.
- Performing all duties related to restaurant opening and closing shifts.
As a Senior Waiter, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 40 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning and evening shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
