39 hours, 5 days per week. Mandarin Oriental, Hyde Park is looking for a Receptionist to join our Front of House team. Are you a master of craft? Responsibilities

  • Warmly greeting guests upon check-in and check-out, ensuring our standards are met at all times.
  • Preparing reports such as credit check and departures.
  • Issuing refunds, invoices and guest gift cards.
  • Answering guest phone calls and collaborating with other departments to fulfil guest requests.

As a receptionist, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, evening, and the occasional night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a passion for delivering high quality customer service.
  • Resilience and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Previous hospitality experience is beneficial, but not essential.
