We’re looking for a People & Culture Coordinator to join our People & Culture team. Are you a master of craft? Responsibilities

  • To ensure CVs, interview notes and passports/ visas are complete to prepare offer letters and contracts accurately.
  • To complete onboarding administration including preparation of contracts & new starter documents.
  • To ensure HRIS and Payroll system is up to date and managed effectively.
  • To ensure that all People & Culture administration procedures are carried out in accordance with Hotel and Legal requirements.
  • To support engagement initiatives, including MOCare and P&C led engagement initiatives.
  • To support in administration relating to recruitment, including preparing and posting job adverts, screening CVs and managing applications in line with company standards.
  • To adhere and keep up to date with all UK & European Legislation affecting People & Culture.

Qualifications

  • Ability to analyse HR data to drive insights and decisions.
  • Skilled in HR systems; experience with Workday and ADP is preferred.
  • Comfortable collaborating cross functionally across all levels of the business.
  • Strong working knowledge of UK employment and experience.
