As a Night Receptionist at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:
- Welcoming guest arrivals and late check-ins, creating a lasting impression of warmth and care.
- Handling all departures in an efficient manner by providing guests with accurate settlement and ensuring their expectations have been met during their stay.
- Following up and actioning all guest traces and messages.
- Attending handover briefings on a daily basis and ensuring all necessary information is provided to the relevant team and departments.
- Performing all daily tasks outlined in the night shift tasks list in a productive, professional and timely manner.
As a Night Receptionist, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will be night shifts, working 9pm-7am on a 4 on, 3 off basis (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
To be a successful Night Receptionist candidate, you will have a keen eye for detail and strong administrative skills. You will be a confident communicator, both verbally and written, and have ideally worked in a guest or customer facing role previously.
