As a Marketing & Communications Manager at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, we expect from you:
- Lead day‑to‑day press office activity and media enquiries across the hotel and restaurants.
- Develop proactive media strategies aligned to commercial priorities across Rooms, F&B, Wellness and partnerships.
- Build relationships with journalists, editors, broadcasters, influencers and key opinion leaders across luxury, travel, lifestyle and F&B.
- Coordinate press visits, interviews, photoshoots, media hosting and influencer stays.
- Develop integrated PR and communications plans for campaigns, partnerships, launches and seasonal activations.
To be a successful Marketing & Communications Manager candidate you will have strong organisational and multitasking skills, a keen eye for detail, excellent communication ability, and strong copywriting, editorial and storytelling capability.
Ideal candidates will have proven experience within luxury hospitality, luxury travel, lifestyle or in luxury PR/Communications environments and experience in producing campaign reporting, media analysis and communications summaries.
