We’re looking for a Spa Treatment Manager to join our iconic Spa & Wellness team. Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park is London’s most iconic address. It’s another world; a world of oriental luxury and the most attentive service. A world that’s all about our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Perform in a professional manner with a friendly business attitude and conduct all duties and responsibilities as required by the position, or assigned by the Spa & Wellness Director.
  • Deal daily with guest complaints, therapist needs, telephone calls and reception duties.
  • Complete spa tours to review standards, procedures and operational status.
  • Coordinate scheduling of rotas, annual leave and bank holiday entitlement for Treatment Supervisor and Therapists.
  • Review treatment rooms which include treatment trolley, closet millwork, linens, treatment beds equipment upkeep daily to ensure all standards are met.
  • Motivate retail sales and ensure that all sales are recorded accurately.
  • Read through emails regarding spa, meetings, groups and VIPs.

As a Spa Treatment Manager you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning and evening shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.

Qualifications

  • NVQ Level 2 and above in Beauty Therapy and a proven track record of service excellence in a spa environment. Experience in a luxury service environment is an advantage.
