4 days on, 4 days off, 12 hour shifts. Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, is seeking a Security Officer to join the Security team. The role is within a luxury hospitality setting with a focus on integrity, respect, teamwork and growth mindset. Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park is part of Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group, a luxury brand recognized for service inspired by Asian heritage and world-class experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring checks and patrols related to FLHSS have been carried out and documented appropriately.
  • Obtaining witness statements and writing incident reports.
  • Investigating, administering and reporting all accidents and incidents.
  • Conduct bag and locker searches in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Being a key part of the Emergency Response Team, responding to FLHSS incidents promptly and professionally.

As a Security Officer, you will work on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday. Shift patterns will vary between day and night shifts (including weekends).
