Responsibilities- To be responsible for the development of the Spa and Fitness Yearly Budget & strategy.
- To oversee and develop all Marketing Strategies for the Spa and fitness department together with Spa Operation Manager and Treatments Manager.
- To conduct annual performance reviews for all spa colleagues, while actively encouraging, coaching, and supporting the development of employee potential.
- To be responsible to oversee the recruitment, induction, training development, appraisal and wellbeing of all spa colleagues. It is necessary to have a clear understanding of P&C rules in accordance with the MOHG Policies.
- To be responsible for maintaining the high standard of Treatment, Service and attention to detail within the spa.
- Leadership: Inspiring and motivating the spa team to consistently deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Management: Overseeing the spa’s daily operations to ensure seamless functionality and effective maintenance standards.
- Communication: Building strong relationships with spa members and guests through active engagement and attentive listening to feedback.
- Service Excellence: Upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and service across all spa operations.
