We are recruiting for a Director of Housekeeping to join our team at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London.
Responsibilities:
- To ensure that departmental administration is carried out efficiently and log-in systems are accurate at all times.
- To monitor and administer payroll forecasts & actual through effective planning.
- To monitor expenditure, ensuring compliance with the annual budget.
- To source and implement efficient set-up for guest amenities and linen supplies.
- To ensure all linen is maintained in accordance with operation needs of par stock whilst building a relationship with third party suppliers raising concerns of rejects and quality when needed.
As a Director of Housekeeping you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, evening, and night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
