BGA STUDIO AMBASSADOR, SPA & WELLNESS 39 hours, 5 days per week We’re looking for a BGA Studio Ambassador to join our iconic Spa & Wellness team.
Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park is London’s most iconic address.

Responsibilities Act as an ambassador for the
Pedi: Mani: Cure Studio within the resort, ensuring all colleagues understand the studio concept, treatment offerings and retail products.
Coordinate and organise visits by Bastien Gonzalez or his designated representative, ensuring all arrangements are planned and executed to the highest standard.
Actively contribute to the ongoing development of BGA by sharing innovative ideas, best practices and constructive feedback gained through the operation and management of the Studio.
Foster a positive, professional and supportive attitude towards both guests and colleagues at all times.
Working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week.
