The Aubrey is a Japanese Izakaya & Bar concept with 132 covers and a private dining room serving brunch, dinner and late-night drinks. Our menu features classic dishes from Japanese cuisine, in interpretations that adapt and change with the seasons.
You will take reservations in a friendly and professional manner, warmly greet all guests upon arrival, building rapport with new guests and recognising regular guests. You will follow up any special requests related to reservations and communicate relevant information of each reservation to the (Head) Waiters and Managers.
As a Host, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary but are mainly evening or late-night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
To be a successful Host candidate, you will have ideally previous Host experience in a high standard hospitality establishment but a minimum of Customer Service experience in a luxury environment.
