Responsibilities
- Inspect vacant and occupied rooms to assess cleanliness, missing guest amenities, and supplies.
- Identify and report problems to Room Attendants, follow up by documenting actions and enhancing team performance.
- Ensure all departure rooms are checked, released promptly for re‑let, and meet time‑line requirements.
- Manage guest and cleaning supplies, staying within a pre‑established budget and submitting weekly approvals to management.
- Brief Room Attendants on all information and changes from the daily Housekeeping briefing.
Shift pattern : Rotating shifts Monday‑Sunday, 39 hours per week. Patterns include morning, evening, night, weekends and bank holidays. Flexibility is required.
