About the Role

Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park is London’s most iconic address, offering an exceptional luxury experience throughout the world. The Group is the award‑winning owner and operator of some of the most luxurious hotels, resorts and residences located in prime destinations, with a strong development pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Manage supplier invoices and payments with accuracy and speed.
  • Reconcile accounts, journals, and VAT to keep finances on track.
  • Keep records organised and reporting deadlines met at all times.
  • Build strong supplier relationships by handling queries efficiently.
  • Lend a hand across the Finance department including Income Audit and Accounts Receivable.

As a Finance Assistant you will be in an office‑based role, working predominantly from Monday to Friday. To be a successful candidate, you will have previous experience within a similar role in a luxury hospitality environment, strong attention to detail, be extremely organised, proactive, reliable and collaborative in your approach.
