About The Job

Based at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair within the Administrative and General team, the Executive Assistant is responsible for the smooth running of the Executive Office and providing support to the General Manager.

Key Duties And Responsibilities

  • Organize and manage reservations through the Executive Office, ensuring guest stays go smoothly.
  • Handle reservations for MOHG executives.
  • Prioritize the General Manager’s workload daily, ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Draft correspondence for the General Manager and maintain a filing system for the Executive Office.
  • Handle small complaints on behalf of the Executive Office.
  • Carry out Meet & Greets for bookings made directly with the office.
  • Build relationships with MOHG and Jardine PAs.
  • Manage the General Manager’s diaries.
  • Draft replies and respond to Guest Satisfaction Survey comments on behalf of the Executive Office.
  • Manage travel itineraries for the Executive Office.
  • Support other departments as needed, representing the Executive Office and working as a team.
  • Perform any other reasonable requests from the General Manager.
