We’re looking for a Doorperson to join our vibrant and dynamic Rooms Division team at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London, the newest jewel opening in Mayfair. As a key member of the Front of House team we are looking for someone with a passion for delivering a unique, tailored, and outstanding guest experience. A confident, composed, approachable, curious individual with a natural ability to interact with guests.
Responsibilities
- Greeting our guests, residents and visitors on both arrival and departure courteously and professionally
- Interacting confidently with our guests promoting our services and facilities
- Liaising with other departments to ensure good communication and overall service is sleek
- Ensuring that the main entrance is attended at all times
- Assisting guests and residents on arrival by opening car doors, ensuring a warm welcome
- Ensuring the safe parking of residents’ cars in our parking bays and guest cars at an off-site location
You will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 40 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, evening, and night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
