The predicted salary is between 30000 - 35000 £ per year.

This role will require the successful candidate to be part of a large team that work to produce and ensure excellent quality throughout the offerings, under the direction of the senior team.

You will need to display a willingness to learn and adapt to a style of cooking that promotes a precise and consistent approach to food.

  • Work closely with CDP's to ensure the smooth running of sections and the training of junior members of the team
  • Demonstrate excellent organisational skills and time management
  • Promote efficient stock control
  • Produce all food to the required standard under the guidance of the team
  • Maintain health, hygiene and safety standards
  • Attend trainings to further develop yourself
  • Maintain appropriate standard of cleanliness including equipment and utensils

Minimum 2 years' experience working at a similar style of restaurant.

A creative approach with an unparallel eye for detail.

The ability to work under pressure and prioritise effectively.

A can‑do attitude and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Ability to maintain high and consistent food and hygiene standards at all times.

Drive, initiative and passion for the restaurant industry.
