Commis Chef, Dinner by Heston Blumenthal
4 days on, 3 days off. Working 55-60 hours a week on a rotating shift basis Monday to Sunday. Shift patterns vary based on business needs including weekends and bank holidays. Flexibility is required.
Responsibilities
- Preparing mise en place for service.
- Following the instructions of the Chef de Partie.
- Ensuring cleanliness of the working area.
- Receiving deliveries and ensuring correct stock levels.
Qualifications
- Positive attitude.
- Good time management skills.
- Some experience in a professional kitchen.
