Cocktail Waiter, Mandarin Bar

We’re looking for a Cocktail Waiter to join our iconic Mandarin Bar team. Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park is London’s most iconic address. It’s another world; a world of oriental luxury and the most attentive service. A world that’s all about our guests.
Responsibilities
- Opening and closing the bar.
- Following bar stock levels and perform weekly orders where appropriate.
- Meet, greet and interact with the guests.
- Preparing and serving beverages in a timely manner.
- Performing cashier related duties.
Shift details
Working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, evening or late-night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
Qualifications
To be a successful Cocktail Waiter candidate, you will have ideally previous experience in a high standard hospitality establishment but a minimum of a Customer Service experience in a luxury environment.
