Responsibilities

• Opening and closing the bar.
• Following bar stock levels and performing weekly orders where appropriate.
• Meeting, greeting, and interacting with guests.
• Preparing and serving beverages in a timely manner.
• Performing cashier related duties.

Shift Details

Working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns include morning, evening, and late-night shifts, including weekends and bank holidays. Flexibility required.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of cocktails, wine and spirits.
• Previous experience as a cocktail waiter.
