Responsibilities
- Opening and closing the bar.
- Following bar stock levels and performing weekly orders where appropriate.
- Meeting, greeting, and interacting with guests.
- Preparing and serving beverages in a timely manner.
- Performing cashier related duties.
Shift Details
Working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns include morning, evening, and late-night shifts, including weekends and bank holidays. Flexibility required.
Qualifications
- Knowledge of cocktails, wine and spirits.
- Previous experience as a cocktail waiter.
