Mandarin Oriental Mayfair is looking for a Cocktail Server to join our vibrant and dynamic Food & Beverage Team.

About The Job:
- Meeting and greeting guests in a professional and efficient manner.
- Offering drink selection upon arrival of guests.
- Inquiring if guests would like to dine and offer food menus when applicable.
- Ensuring that mise-en-place levels are kept to standards.
- Maintaining excellent knowledge of all food and beverage items.
- Assisting the sommelier in beverage service.
As a Cocktail Server, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 40 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, afternoon and evening shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
