Head Sommelier – Responsibilities
You will be responsible for providing an excellent service throughout the restaurant, offering courteous and efficient service to all guests and maintaining the highest standards of service.
As a member of a two‑Michelin‑starred Dining by Heston Blumenthal, you will help keep pace with the fast‑paced operations and work closely with the Head Chef and Master of Ceremonies to ensure consistent service excellence.
