Concierge Assistant in City of London

We’re looking for a Concierge Assistant to join our Concierge team at One Hyde Park. Are you a master of craft? Responsibilities:

• Providing exceptional service to our residents and their guests
• Doorman duties
• Porter duties
• Valet parking duties
• Cover the Concierge desk when required

As a Concierge Assistant, you will be working on a 3 on, 3 off rotating shift basis of 12‑hour shifts. Shift patterns will include weekends and bank holidays, with a requirement to cover occasional night shifts, so flexibility is required where applicable.

Requirements:

• Possession of a valid UK driving licence is essential. (Advanced would be preferred)
• Previous 5★ Hotel or Residences experience
• A charming and outgoing personality with excellent manners and communication skills
• Efficient in multi‑tasking in high‑pressure environments
• Flexible availability
