We’re looking for a Chef de Cuisine to join our MOLON Kitchen team at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London. Are you a master of craft? Responsibilities

• Responsible for the smooth running of MOLON Kitchen, including Breakfast, The Rosebery, In Room Dining, Mandarin Bar, and Banqueting and Events in the absence of the Banqueting Head Chef.
• Coordinate and guide all team members, ensuring they perform cohesively and consistently meet our operational standards.
• Supervise all aspects of kitchen operations, including safety, hygiene, food presentation, uniforms, and overall compliance.

As a Chef de Cuisine, you will be working on 5 shifts per week. Shift patterns will include weekends and bank holidays, so flexibility is required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Proven previous experience in a 5* hotel.
• Excellent manners and communication skills; demonstrate strong computer literacy and etiquette (emails, Excel, Word, etc., as well as purchasing systems and HR management software) for daily administrative and operational tasks.
• Efficient in multi‑tasking in high‑pressure environments.
• Flexible availability.
