We’re looking for a Supervisor to join our Breakfast Team at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park. Are you a master of craft? Responsibilities

  • Assist the Breakfast Manager in implementing Legendary Quality Standards throughout the Restaurant.
  • Promote a positive environment of enthusiasm and encouragement.
  • Respond proactively to guest queries and ensure appropriate action is taken in the absence of the manager, followed by effective communication.
  • Report and follow up on all maintenance defaults affecting efficient and professional delivery of service.
  • Ensure that guest satisfaction is monitored and where appropriate rectified throughout their meal experience.
  • Communicate with Back of House Manager in a timely manner to re‑order stock.
  • Liaise with Hostesses to prepare table plans according to reservations and ensure that tables are constantly cleared and reset according to the reservation plan.

You will be working 5 shifts per week. Shift patterns will include weekends and bank holidays, so flexibility is required where applicable.
