The Aubrey Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park is looking for a Bartender to join our Aubrey team. Are you a master of craft? Responsibilities:
- Deliver the highest standards of hospitality and service.
- Expose guests to Japanese cuisine and food & drink pairings.
- Engage with guests, build relationships with regulars, and deliver memorable and enchanting experiences.
- Work behind the bar and serve on the floor in a fast‑paced, friendly, and outgoing environment.
- Shift patterns will vary but are mainly evening or late night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
Qualifications:
- Previous bar experience in a high‑standard hospitality establishment.
- In‑depth knowledge of cocktails, wines, and sake.
- Rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours per week.
