We’re looking for a Barista to join our timeless Rosebery restaurant at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London. Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park is London’s most iconic address and a world of oriental luxury and attentive service – a world that’s all about our guests.
39 hours, 5 days per week. You will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, with varying shift patterns including mornings and evenings, weekends and bank holidays. Flexibility is required.
Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate good knowledge of the beverage menu and prepare beverages such as teas and coffees to a high standard.
- Prepare the mise en place for the operation.
- Deliver drinks to the table and explain these to guests.
- Communicate guest requests in a timely and efficient manner.
Qualifications:
- You ideally have worked in a similar environment and have experience as a Barista or in a comparable role.
- Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences are essential.
