We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join our Banqueting Kitchen team at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London. Are you a master of craft? As a Chef de Partie at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London we expect from you:

  • To ensure that all food is cooked and presented to excellent quality as devised by the Senior Chefs.
  • To work under the direction of the Senior Chefs and manage the Commis and Demi Chefs.
  • To clean and maintain all kitchen areas, including equipment and tools to Safe and Sound standards.
  • To place food orders as required for the daily production.

As a Chef de Partie, you will be working on a shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will be in the morning, afternoon and evening (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required.

To be a successful Chef de Partie, you will ideally have previous experience in a similar role, ideally in a luxury environment, excellent attention to detail, ability to work under pressure and most importantly, genuine interest in providing outstanding service to our guests.
