As an Assistant Spa & Wellness Manager at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, you will be responsible for:
- Support the management and daily operation of the Spa & Wellness department.
- Lead, coach and develop Spa Concierge, Attendants and Therapists.
- Manage rotas, employee relations matters and departmental training.
- Ensure exceptional guest service and resolution of guest concerns.
- Oversee appointment scheduling and maximise treatment and retail revenue.
- Support the delivery of sales, marketing initiatives and monthly KPIs.
- Monitor departmental financial performance, reporting and revenue opportunities.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, health & safety and compliance.
- Oversee inventory management, stock control and ordering processes.
- Act as Manager on Duty for the Spa & Wellness department when required.
- As an
Assistant Spa & Wellness Manager, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 40 hours a week (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
