Overview
Assistant Executive Housekeeper, Housekeeping β 40 hours, 5 days per week. Based at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, the role provides an efficient and friendly Housekeeping service, ensuring guest and resident satisfaction throughout their experience.
Responsibilities
- Uphold the levels of cleanliness throughout the hotel, maintaining the highest standards and exceeding guest expectations.
- Ensure housekeeping services for The Residences Mayfair are delivered at the highest standard.
- Assist in the day-to-day management of the Housekeeping operation (including public areas, laundry & valet, porters and requests from residents).
- Responsible for training and development of colleagues, promoting an enjoyable and motivating working environment.
- Responsible for departmental administration and monitoring quality and guest satisfaction.
Requirements / Qualifications
Proven track record in a housekeeping assistant head of department position, with previous experience in a luxury hotel environment, and experience managing a diverse full-service housekeeping team. Flexibility to support the operation during peak periods, including weekend and evening work as required. Excellent attention to detail, high standards for quality, operational hands-on approach, and ability to act quickly to deliver results. Innovative and focused on achieving exceptional service.
