We’re looking for an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to join our Food & Beverage management team. Are you a master of craft? Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily operations of all Food & Beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional service and consistent brand standards.
  • Support the Deputy Director of F&B in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and driving financial performance.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop the F&B management team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards across all outlets.
  • Collaborate with culinary, events, and operational teams to enhance guest experience and drive innovative F&B initiatives.
  • Work rotating shifts Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, evening, and night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), requiring flexibility.

Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience overseeing multiple F&B outlets within a luxury hotel environment.
  • Strong background in team development, coaching, and performance management.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive revenue, manage budgets, and optimise cost efficiencies.
  • Solid understanding of health & safety, food hygiene regulations, and operational compliance.
  • Experience maintaining exceptional service standards and elevating guest satisfaction in a fast‑paced environment.
