We need a Recreation/Spa Assistant to join our Recreation Team. This is a full-time position working on a rota basis (3 days ON, 3 days OFF, 12-hour shifts between 6am and 11pm).
As Recreation/Spa Assistant, your tasks will include:
- Ensuring all areas of the Recreation facilities are well maintained and ready for use, by ensuring immaculate hygiene standards – cleaning and sanitising each area after each use.
- Carrying out routine cleaning and housekeeping tasks in line with operating procedures.
- Ensuring stock and amenities are constantly replenished in all areas of the spa.
- Setting up and dismantling of all meeting and event spaces including cinema and virtual room.
- Supervising the pool area with basic lifeguard responsibilities (training provided, confidence in water required).
- Opening or closing the facility.
- Taking reservations and answering the telephone in the absence of the supervisor/receptionist.
You will be the first point of contact for our VVIP Residents.
