About the role

The Pantry Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and good order of all housekeeping floor pantries, cross pantries and storerooms to create a pleasant, organised environment for our colleagues and the visual look and feel for any guests passing through these areas. You’ll ensure that each pantry has sufficient glass, china and food collection bins and racks, as well as ample stock in order to help our Room Attendants manage their workload depending on hotel occupancy. You will also be responsible for reporting any defects relating to pantry management through the use of HOTSOS, as well as weekly stock takes and daily cleaning of transportation equipment.
