As Night Receptionist you will be responsible for the following duties:

  • To welcome guests and visitors at all times, leaving a lasting impression of warmth and care.
  • Handling all arrivals and departures in an efficient manner, providing our guests with accommodation and personalised service.
  • Acting as an in-house ambassador by establishing and developing personal contact.
  • Supporting reservations by handling queries.
