About the job Based at the Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, London / within the Food & Beverage Department in London, the Bartender is responsible for training and coaching other bar staff on beverage preparation, recipes and standards. Being able to lead and communicate with his/her colleagues during the bar operation. The Bartender reports to the Assistant Bar Manager. As Bartender, you willresponsiblefor the following duties: Setting-up and operation of bar station/section. Excellent knowledge of all food and beverage items served in ABar. Always following the production sequence of all beverage products and bar sequence of service. As Bartender, weexpectfrom you: To provide services for guest such as order taking, promoting the outlets food and beverages offerings.
