Chef De Partie in London

We’re looking for a Chef de Partie to join our iconic Dinner by Heston Blumenthal team. Are you a master of craft? As a Chef de Partie at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:

• Preparing mise en place for service
• Following the instructions of the Senior Chef de Partie
• Ensuring cleanliness of working area
• Receiving deliveries, ensuring correct stock levels

As a Chef de Partie, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 55-60 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary based on business needs (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.

To be a successful Chef de Partie candidate, you will have a positive attitude, good time management and some experience in a professional kitchen.
