Mandarin Oriental Mayfair is looking for a Sous Chef to join our vibrant and dynamic Food & Beverage Team. Are you a master of craft? As a Sous Chef at Mandarin Oriental Mayfair, you will be responsible for:
- Developing new dishes with Head Chef
- Drafting practical and accurate recipes in line with cost and minimising food waste
- Maintaining a high level of service by constantly training and coaching all direct reports and talent
- Conducting the training of knowledge of all food & beverage
You will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 40 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning and evening shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
