Two Michelin stars, 180 covers a night. Dinner by Heston Blumenthal runs like a well-oiled machine, and we’re looking for a Pastry Chef de Partie who can keep pace. This award-winning restaurant located at the iconic Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London has been internationally recognised for both its cuisine and service.

As Pastry Chef de Partie you will be assisting the other members of the team in the production of food to the highest standards in the Dinner by Heston Blumenthal Pastry Kitchen. Previous experience in a Michelin Star or 3AA Rosettes is essential. We are looking for enthusiastic individuals who possess the right attitude and passion to drive this exciting new challenge forward and wow our guests!
