Two Michelin stars, 180 covers a night. Dinner by Heston Blumenthal runs like a well-oiled machine, and we’re looking for a Commis Pastry Chef who can keep pace. This isn’t just a chance to learn what it takes to run a two-starred restaurant; it’s a chance to learn the history of British cuisine, from an eighteenth-century salamagundy to salmon cured with Earl Grey. Of course, the standards of service expected at Dinner are only possible with a certain level of regimentation. But with regiments come ranks, and we believe in moving up them. Everyone from our head chef to our maître d’ have been promoted from within. So as a Commis Pastry Chef, if you’re ready to put the effort in, you can expect to progress quickly and move around.

As a Commis Pastry Chef you will assist with the food production in the Pastry Kitchen, ensuring high standards are followed, so to delight our guests. You will work as part of a large team, who are committed to deliver the service standards and high level of food production. We are looking for someone who has a 2AA Rosette or Michelin* background and who is talented, creative and has a genuine passion for food. The role would suit someone who is looking to further develop their knowledge and skill.
