Dinner by Heston Blumenthal, the two Michelin starred, award winning and internationally recognised restaurant located at the iconic Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, is seeking a Commis de Rang to join their team.

About the role

The role involves assisting the front of house team in ensuring the high standards are met for guests to enjoy their experience within the restaurant. We are looking for someone who is passionate about food and beverage and delivering amazing hospitality to our guests. The ideal candidate will be organised and have an excellent attention to detail. Experience of working in a similar quality restaurant is required and knowledge of food, wine and beverage is an advantage. You must have passion for hospitality and deliver service with a smile.
