We are looking for a Barista to join our timeless Rosebery restaurant. Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park is London’s most iconic address, a world of oriental luxury and the most attentive service, all about our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Demonstrating good knowledge of the beverage menu and preparation of beverages such as teas, coffees etc. to a high standard.
  • Preparing the mise en place for the operation.
  • Delivering drinks to the table and explaining these to guests.
  • Communicating guest requests in a timely and efficient manner.

As a Barista, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning and evening shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Ideally have worked in a similar environment and have experience working as a Barista or in a similar role.
