Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park is looking for a Spa Therapist to join our Spa & Wellness team. Are you a master of craft? As a Spa Therapist at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, you will be responsible for:
- Providing Spa Treatments to the highest level following LQE and Forbes standards.
- Conducting consultations with high levels of emotional intelligence and being able to quickly adapt to the guests' needs/requirements.
- Maintaining treatment rooms during down time.
- Achieving retail sales with monthly targets.
- Adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
As a Spa Therapist, you will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning and afternoon shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
To be a successful Spa Therapist candidate, you have experience within a five-star luxury environment in a similar role and are passionate about service and exceeding guest expectations. You are knowledgeable and experienced in various spa treatments, are a strong team player and have excellent communication skills. You are required to have a minimum NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy.
