Spa Operations Manager
We're looking for a Spa Operations Manager to join our Spa & Wellness team.

Responsibilities
- Perform as a professional, with a friendly business attitude and conduct all duties and responsibilities as required by the position, or assigned by the Spa & Wellness Director.
- In the absence of the Spa & Wellness Director, the Spa & Wellness Operations Manager will take over all responsibilities/duties, including guest/colleague problems, looking after VIPs and attending meetings.
- Assist the Spa & Wellness Director in ensuring the budget requirements are adhered to, with emphasis on profitability.
- Assist the Spa & Wellness Director in coordinating the day to day running of the Spa and ensuring the high standard of service is maintained.
- Be responsible for the progressive, professional and well organised training induction for all staff in reception and administrative duties.
All training must be properly recorded.
- Manage a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week.
Shift patterns will vary from morning and afternoon shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
- Ensure continuous improvements in service quality and operational efficiency across the Spa.
- Collaborate with other departments to align spa operations with overall hotel strategy.
Qualifications
- Experience within a luxury spa environment and a passion for service and exceeding guest expectations.
- Strong understanding of systems and IT technology.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Previous spa or hotel experience in a 5 star environment is essential.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative in a fast paced environment.
