About the job Based at the Mandarin Oriental Corporate Office within Commercial Performance Marketing & eCommerce Department in London, the Regional Performance Marketing Manager Europe supports strategy and execution of global digital marketing for the group’s European hotels, enabling the growth of both rooms and auxiliary revenue via the brand website, MandarinOriental.com. The role is responsible for coordinating the digital activities of the European hotels, aligning both the overarching performance marketing strategy and the local nuances that must be built into the unique performance marketing approach. The Regional Performance Marketing Manager Europe prioritises innovation within performance marketing, utilising customer targeting and carefully-created marketing content to generate demand. The role generates demand via intelligent, highly-targeted performance marketing activity, seeking to grow new customers and drive increased Group share vs. brand competitor set. The Regional Performance Marketing Manager Europe reports to the Regional Performance Marketing Director Europe. As Regional Performance Marketing Manager Europe, you will beresponsiblefor the following duties: Support the activation of European hotel performance marketing strategy to drive revenue through MO.com and auxiliary platforms. Align digital marketing strategy with the business needs of the Group, and manage agency partners to deliver performance marketing KPIs and the wider business objectives. Manage digital marketing budgets across the European portfolio, ensuring optimal allocation of budget across performance channels and against target audiences. Explore new opportunities to expand the breadth and depth of performance marketing across customer types and in global markets. Lead hotel stakeholder relations, ensuring clear communication of digital strategy, plans and performance results. Collaborate with the greater consumer marketing and brand marketing teams to ensure an aligned approach for developing digital advertising creative and content where needed. Ensure legal compliance is upheld across the performance marketing team, working with the data privacy officer and governance teams. Evolve performance marketing reporting and analytics, incorporating attribution data with CRM insights. Regularly meet with and engage the European hotels, ensuring you provide “best practice” guidance on digital activities. Be an ambassador for Mandarin Oriental’s customer-first approach As Regional Performance Marketing Manager Europe, weexpectfrom you: Minimum of 3 years’ experience operating in Digital/eCommerce, with a demonstrable track record in driving digital marketing results. Strong project and stakeholder management skills. Comfort working in an agile and constantly evolving environment. Self-starter with the ability to set direction and execute.
