About the job

Based at the Mandarin Oriental Corporate Office within the Commercial Performance Marketing & eCommerce Department in London, the Regional Performance Marketing Manager Europe supports strategy and execution of global digital marketing for the group’s European hotels, enabling growth in both rooms and auxiliary revenue via the brand website, MandarinOriental.com. The role is responsible for coordinating the digital activities of the European hotels, aligning the overarching performance marketing strategy with local nuances to tailor the performance marketing approach. The Regional Performance Marketing Manager Europe prioritises innovation within performance marketing, utilising customer targeting and carefully-created marketing content to generate demand. The role focuses on generating demand through targeted performance marketing activities to grow new customers and increase Group share compared to competitors. The Regional Performance Marketing Manager Europe reports to the Regional Performance Marketing Director Europe.

Responsibilities

  • Support the activation of European hotel performance marketing strategies to drive revenue through MO.com and other platforms.
  • Align digital marketing strategies with business needs and manage agency partners to meet KPIs and business objectives.
  • Manage digital marketing budgets across the European portfolio, ensuring optimal allocation across channels and target audiences.
  • Explore new opportunities to expand performance marketing across customer segments and markets.
  • Lead hotel stakeholder relations, communicating digital strategies, plans, and results effectively.
  • Collaborate with consumer and brand marketing teams to develop aligned digital advertising creative and content.
  • Ensure legal compliance in digital marketing activities, working with data privacy and governance teams.
  • Enhance performance marketing reporting and analytics, incorporating attribution data and CRM insights.
  • Engage regularly with European hotels, providing best practice guidance on digital activities.
  • Be an ambassador for Mandarin Oriental’s customer-first approach.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Digital/eCommerce with a proven track record of driving results.
  • Strong project and stakeholder management skills.
  • Comfortable working in an agile and evolving environment.
  • Self-starter with the ability to set direction and execute plans.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, pivot tables, charts, and statistics.
