Mandarin Oriental, Hyde Park is looking for a Receptionist to join our Front of House team. We invite you to become a fan of the exceptional. Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group is the award‑winning owner and operator of some of the most luxurious hotels, resorts and residences located in prime destinations around the world, with a strong development pipeline. Responsibilities

  • Warmly greeting guests upon check‑in and check‑out, ensuring our standards are met at all times.
  • Preparing reports such as credit check and departures.
  • Issuing refunds, invoices and guest gift cards.
  • Answering guest phone calls and collaborating with other departments to fulfil guest requests.

You will be working on a rotating shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will vary from morning, evening, and the occasional night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.

Qualifications

  • To be a successful Receptionist candidate, you will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and a passion for delivering high quality customer service.
  • You will display resilience and a positive, can‑do attitude.
  • Previous hospitality experience is beneficial, but not essential.
