As a Room Attendant at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, we expect from you:
- Consistently achieve the required standards of cleanliness, product presentation and customer care in all guest rooms and public areas in order to create a warm, friendly and comfortable environment for our guests.
- Provide a discreet one-stop service combining servicing of rooms with checking and replenishing of mini bar and amenities.
- Ensure that the appropriate level of security for all guest belongings is achieved, aiding in creating a feeling of comfort and confidence for guests.
We are looking for someone with ideally previous experience in a five-star hotel and a passion for hospitality. You are willing to provide a professional, attentive and impeccable service in order to achieve great customer satisfaction.
As a Room Attendant, you will be working on a shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 39 hours a week. Shift patterns will be in the morning, afternoon and evening (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required.
To be a successful Room Attendant candidate, you will ideally have previous experience cleaning in high-end, private residences to a high standard. You must have an excellent eye for detail, as well as strong verbal communication skills.
