Responsibilities- Natural passion towards customer service
- Being able to assist with Guest Requests
- Reconciling the on‑site parking with the carpark log sheet.
- Checking arrival and departure reports to anticipate guests needs.
- Greeting our guests, residents and visitors on both arrival and departure courteously and professionally

As a Night Concierge, you will be working on a rotating night shift basis, Monday to Sunday, 40 hours a week (including weekends and bank holidays), so flexibility is required where applicable.
