We're looking for a Marketing & Communications Manager to join our Sales & Marketing team. Are you a master of craft? As a Marketing & Communications Manager at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London, we expect from you:

  • Lead day‐to‐day press office activity and media enquiries across the hotel and restaurants.
  • Develop proactive media strategies aligned to commercial priorities across Rooms, F&B, Wellness and partnerships.
  • Build relationships with journalists, editors, broadcasters, influencers and key opinion leaders across luxury, travel, lifestyle and F&B.
  • Coordinate press visits, interviews, photoshoots, media hosting and influencer stays.
  • Develop integrated PR and communications plans for campaigns, partnerships, launches and seasonal activations.

To be a successful Marketing & Communications Manager candidate, you will have strong organisational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail. You will showcase excellent communication and have a strong copywriting, editorial and storytelling capability. Ideal candidates will have proven experience within luxury hospitality, luxury travel, lifestyle or in luxury PR/Communications environments and experience in producing campaign reporting, media analysis and communications summaries.
