We are recruiting for a Director of Housekeeping to join our team at Mandarin Oriental Hyde Park, London.
Shift Pattern: 39 hours, 5 days per week (rotating shift basis Monday to Sunday). Shift patterns vary from morning, evening, and night shifts (including weekends and bank holidays); flexibility required.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure that departmental administration is carried out efficiently and log-in systems are accurate at all times.
- Monitor and administer payroll forecasts & actual through effective planning.
- Monitor expenditure, ensuring compliance with the annual budget.
- Source and implement efficient set-up for guest amenities and linen supplies.
- Ensure all linen is maintained in accordance with operation needs of par stock whilst building a relationship with third-party suppliers, raising concerns of rejects and quality when needed.
